Job summary

Rise Group Inc. seeks a Residential Energy Specialist to perform on-site energy audits of homes for utilities and program sponsors. You will identify efficiency measures, develop work plans, and present them to homeowners.

This role requires travel to customers’ homes and coordination of rebates and financing options. The position offers an aggressive salary with incentives, ESOP opportunities, health benefits, and PTO.

Qualifications

• Two years of residential construction or energy-efficiency experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and math aptitude; ability to convey technical concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough residential energy audits evaluating insulation, appliances, HVAC, lighting and air quality.
• Perform on-site energy tests and install energy-saving measures.
• Explain benefits, costs and savings of recommended measures to homeowners.
