Deer Creek Electric is seeking a Residential Electrical Specialist for high-volume production homes in Colorado. This full-time, on-site role runs Monday through Friday with mentorship to advance your electrical career.

You will execute residential installations, read blueprints for rough-in and trim-out, and collaborate with the crew while upholding safety and quality on every project. A valid Residential Wireman’s License or current State Apprentice registration is required.

Job Overview

• Company: Deer Creek Electric.
• Salary/Pay Rate: $22.00 to $34.00 per hour (Based on experience).
• Location: Onsite – Serving Brighton, Castle Rock, Evergreen, Littleton, and Aurora.
• Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
• Schedule: Monday – Friday.
• Project Scope: Residential / Production Housing.
• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Residential Wireman’s License or State-Registered Apprentice Card.

• Must have reliable transportation for commuting to various job sites across the region.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage small crews and keep projects on tight schedules.
• Advanced proficiency in reading and redlining residential electrical plans.
• Previous experience in a mentorship role or training other apprentices.
