Job Overview

  • Salary/Pay Rate: $30.00 to $36.00 per hour (Based on experience).
  • Location: Onsite – Serving Brighton, Castle Rock, Evergreen, Littleton, and Aurora.
  • Job/Employment Type: Full-Time.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday.
  • Project Scope: Residential / Production Housing.
  • Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Residential Wireman’s License or State-Registered Journeyman License.

You will serve as a technical anchor on high-volume production builds, ensuring every installation meets our rigorous standards of quality and safety. How You Will Make An Impact
  • Execute complex residential electrical installations to meet demanding production timelines.
  • Interpret detailed blueprints and schematics to ensure precise rough-in and trim-out phases.
  • Coordinate effectively with other trades and crew members to maintain a fluid job site.
  • Maintain a high standard of safety and quality control across multiple residential projects.
  • Resolve real-time technical challenges on-site to prevent project delays or hazards.
  • Mentor junior apprentices by sharing specialized technical knowledge and best practices.
  • Document project progress and material needs to ensure operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications & Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience specifically within the residential electrical field.
  • Must possess a valid Residential Wireman’s License or an equivalent State-issued license.
  • Proven ability to execute high-quality work in a production housing environment.
  • Ownership of professional-grade hand tools required for daily electrical tasks.
  • Must have reliable transportation for commuting to various job sites across the region.

  • Demonstrated experience leading small teams or overseeing specific project phases.
  • Advanced proficiency in reading and redlining complex residential electrical plans.
  • Previous experience in a formal mentorship role training junior team members.
