Finch Electrical Heating & Air is seeking an Experienced Journeyman Electrician to deliver top-tier residential electrical solutions and on-site sales to homeowners in the Twin Cities area. You will diagnose issues, present upgrade options, and perform installations while upholding high craftsmanship and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Active Minnesota Electrical Journeyman license.
• Minimum of 2 years of residential electrical service experience.
• Experience with residential sales and presenting value-based options.
• Strong knowledge of the NEC and safe work practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose residential electrical issues and present repair or upgrade options to homeowners.
• Perform electrical installations, panel upgrades, wiring, and maintenance in homes.
• Explain technical details clearly to clients and address questions to build trust.
• Close on-site sales by presenting pricing and value.
• Comply with NEC and local codes; document materials and time spent.
