Qualifications

• Valid Minnesota Journeyman Electrician License is required.
• Proven residential field experience with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Valid Driver’s License with clean driving record.
• Physical stamina to navigate residential sites and lift equipment.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-end craftsmanship: install, maintain, and repair residential electrical systems, fixtures, and control equipment to impeccable standards.
• Lead by example: maintain a pristine, safe, and organized work environment on every job site.
• Problem solve: read blueprints and plans to map electrical requirements and material needs.
• Drive value: provide accurate bids and interact with homeowners, suppliers, and builders professionally.
