Pay: $30 – $35 per hour (based on experience)

We’re growing and looking to add a skilled Residential Electrician Mechanic to our trusted team.

Position Overview: We are hiring a Residential Electrician Mechanic with 7+ years of hands-on residential experience working in Long Island. This position requires a high level of skill, professionalism, and independence. You’ll be expected to complete installations, service calls, and troubleshooting jobs with efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 7 years of residential electrical experience (Long Island experience required)
2. Strong familiarity with electrical systems, service upgrades, panel work, wiring, and devices
3. Ability to work alone or lead a small team
4. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
5. Must have own hand tools and PPE
6. Solid understanding of the NEC and local code compliance
7. Experience installing ceiling fans, lighting, dimmers, outlets, switches, panels, EV chargers, and more
8. Excellent communication and customer service skills
9. Professional appearance and punctuality
10. Tech-savvy (we use job tracking apps and scheduling software)

Responsibilities:

1. Perform residential electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs
2. Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues with confidence
3. Lead or assist with electric service upgrades and panel changes
4. Install EV chargers, backup generators, and solar electrical equipment
5. Communicate clearly with customers and team members
6. Ensure all work is up to code and completed with craftsmanship and safety
