Responsibilities

What Will I Do?

The Service Electrician provides electrical repairs and services, focusing on quality, efficiency, and compliance with codes, while delivering exceptional customer service.

• Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Recommend repairs and replacements.
• Install and replace electrical components, such as light fixtures, switches, wiring, breakers, and panels.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance.
• Access various building areas safely.
• Use tools and equipment proficiently.
• Communicate effectively with customers and dispatch.
• Complete paperwork timely.
• Upsell and educate customers about services.
• Maintain stock and tools in vehicle.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education: High School diploma or GED.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in residential/light commercial electrical work.

Licenses: Valid Driver’s License; State Electrical license a plus.

Skills: Fluent in English, knowledge of electrical methods, safety, customer service, and basic computer skills. Experience with Service Titan preferred.

Work Environment: Indoor and outdoor work, traveling between locations, with physical activities including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 100 lbs occasionally.
