Job summary

Latitude Inc. is seeking a skilled Residential Electrician in Salisbury, MD with local travel across MD/DE. This full-time role offers hands-on electrical work in residential settings and opportunities to interact with homeowners.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of residential electrical experience and a Maryland or Delaware Journeyman license is preferred. A valid driver's license and strong safety mindset are required. Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement is provided where applicable.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience required.
• Journeyman Electrician license in Maryland or Delaware preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, tools, and safety procedures.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential homes.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.
• Perform panel upgrades, wiring, lighting installation, and general electrical repairs.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members regarding work scope and timelines.
