American Homestays, LLC is seeking an experienced Electrician to support electrical projects within Baltimore-area residential and commercial properties. The role requires a licensed professional capable of working independently and adhering to safety standards.

The position is full-time, non-exempt, with a 40-hour week and potential for varied scheduling. Expect travel between properties, and eligibility for standard W-2 benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of residential and/or commercial electrical experience.
• Valid Maryland journeyman or master electrician license.
• Own tools and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience in property management or multifamily housing maintenance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical installations, upgrades, and repairs for residential and commercial properties.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and diagnose faults.
• Install and maintain lighting, outlets, panels, and electrical systems.
• Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with NEC and local codes.
• Respond to service calls and emergencies as scheduled.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with property management and maintenance teams.
