Depending on experience, base pay ranges from $25–$50/hr. With our uncapped performance bonuses, high performers can earn $100,000–$200,000+ in total compensation.

What You Know

• Strong residential knowledge – you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.
• Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Fluent in English.

What Will You Do?

You'll run residential service and repair calls – including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.

Day to day, that means:

• Diagnosing and resolving issues across a range of systems.
• Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
• Walking homeowners through their options – repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements – so they can make an informed decision.
• Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.
