Job summary

Service Professionals in Union, NJ is seeking a full-time Residential HVAC Service Technician to diagnose and repair a range of home heating and cooling systems. You’ll work on furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, and boilers, with a focus on quality, safety, and customer service.

Residential HVAC Service Technician

We invite full-time Residential HVAC Service Technicians to join our team in Union, NJ.

What You Know

Strong residential HVAC knowledge — you've been running service calls and diagnosing real problems in real homes.

Solid understanding of safety regulations and local codes.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Fluent in English.

What Will You Do?

You'll run residential HVAC service and repair calls — including the tough ones. You'll diagnose issues, present honest options, and build relationships with customers who call back and ask for you by name.

Day to day, that means:

• Diagnosing and resolving HVAC issues across a range of equipment — furnaces, heat pumps, mini-splits, central A/C, boilers.
• Spotting potential problems early to prevent callbacks and breakdowns.
• Walking homeowners through their options — repair vs. replace, financing, service agreements — so they can make an informed decision.
• Owning your numbers. You'll know your metrics and hold yourself accountable for hitting revenue and service goals.
