Job summary

IES in Houston is seeking a Residential SF Electrical Supervisor to lead field operations, uphold safety and quality, and coordinate with customers and subcontractors on site.

The role requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with experience in electrical supervision and ability to travel to project sites. Work is on-site in Texas with standard full-time hours and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Electrical supervisor license is preferred or required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties in support of department and company objectives.
• Maintain compliance with safety standards and SOPs.
• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting.
• Support process improvement and operational efficiency efforts.
• Communicate professionally and effectively, verbally and in writing.
• Assist leadership with daily operational activities.
• Ensure quality standards and customer expectations are met.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
