Job summary

Bardi Heating, Cooling, Plumbing, Electrical is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our residential electrical service team in Norcross, GA. This hands-on leadership role focuses on coaching technicians, driving revenue, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will manage daily operations, ensure safety and code compliance, and collaborate with Dispatch, Sales, and Service teams to grow the electrical division.

Qualifications

• Hands-on leadership in residential electrical service.
• Proven ability to coach and develop technicians.
• Experience managing KPIs, revenue goals, and safety.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of residential Service Electricians.
• Drive department performance around revenue, average ticket, conversion, memberships, callbacks, and other KPIs.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs, coaching sessions, one-on-ones, and performance reviews.
• Train technicians on technical skills, customer communication, service processes, and presenting solutions.
• Set clear expectations and hold the team accountable for performance.
• Review daily and weekly department results and develop action plans when performance is below goal.
