Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of NEC and Georgia residential code.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Must be able to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems.
• Complete jobs according to code and safety regulations.
• Educate homeowners on safety upgrades and repairs.
• Maintain clean work areas and company vehicles.
• Complete job-related paperwork and communicate with dispatch.
• Work closely with apprentices.
• Represent Bardi professionally with a customer-first attitude.
• Follow all safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, troubleshoot, and repair residential electrical systems and components
• Complete jobs according to code and safety regulations (NEC & local codes)
• Educate homeowners on recommended safety upgrades, repairs, and options
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and company vehicles
• Accurately complete job-related paperwork and communicate clearly with dispatch and team leads
• Work closely with apprentices, offering guidance and support when needed
• Represent Bardi with professionalism, courtesy, and a customer-first attitude
• Follow all safety protocols and use PPE correctly at all times

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of residential electrical experience
• Strong knowledge of NEC and Georgia residential code
