Gentry Service Group in Western North Carolina (Asheville Area) is seeking a motivated Residential Electrical Helper / Installer to support our Lead Electrician on residential retrofit and upgrade projects. This full-time role offers paid training and a clear path for advancement within a family-owned company.

You'll work Monday through Friday, assist with installations, run new circuits, and help with disconnects and panel work while upholding high safety standards and delivering excellent

Qualifications

• Ability to perform the physical demands of electrical installation work.
• Valid driver's license with insurable driving record.
• Strong commitment to safety and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and team.
• Positive attitude and strong desire to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Lead Electrician with residential electrical retrofit and upgrade projects.
• Install A/C and heat pump disconnects.
• Run new circuits for gas furnaces, air handlers, and other equipment.
• Help with electrical panel replacements and generator installations.
• Support various miscellaneous electrical tasks for residential and light commercial customers.
• Maintain high safety standards and learn proper trade techniques.
