Job summary

Youth Health Associates Inc. is seeking an Education Coordinator to support students in a residential treatment setting. You will track materials, assist with technology-based learning, and ensure daily access to individualized educational resources, submitting enrollment documents on time.

You will coordinate schedules, monitor grades, and communicate progress with the education team. Strong organization, team collaboration and Excel skills are essential; teaching licensure is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education as preferred.
• Current Teaching License required.
• Special Education endorsement preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Track and order educational materials for each student.
• Assist students with technology-based educational activities and testing.
• Ensure daily personalized educational materials and timely enrollment documents.
• Grade materials and maintain accurate grade records.
• Maintain a consistent school schedule and implement extracurricular activities.
• Attend meetings and communicate student progress with the team.
