  • Blend of education, behavioral support, and coordination — no two days look the same
  • Strong exposure to interdisciplinary teams in a behavioral health environment
What we’re looking for:
  • Experience working with children or adolescents in education, residential, or social service settings
  • Strong ability to build structure, routines, and positive accountability
  • Comfortable working in environments that may involve behavioral or emotional challenges
  • Clear communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Qualifications (one of the following):
  • Bachelor’s degree in education, behavioral science, social science, or a related field + at least 1 year of relevant experience
  • OR 5+ years of experience working with youth in an educational or social service environment
