Job summary

Access, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional Supervisor to lead a team in a residential setting, ensuring quality care for adults with developmental disabilities. You will oversee staffing, training, scheduling, and compliance with state regulations and agency policies.

You will collaborate with HR, manage service plans, monitor billing processes, and ensure safety and high-quality rehabilitative services. A valid driver’s license and strong leadership are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree with one-year supervisory experience in the field.
• Associate’s degree with two years supervisory experience in the field.
• Five years of field experience with at least two years supervisory experience.
• Internal candidate with at least four years’ experience in the field.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Direct Support Professionals in a residential setting.
• Collaborate with HR to promote staff recruitment, selection and development.
• Track training due dates to ensure compliance.
• Provide performance feedback and initiate disciplinary actions when needed.
• Create and review service plans and ensure quality of care and budgeting.
