The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, staffing coordination, and adherence to agency policies in a home-like environment. A valid license and CPR/First Aid are preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of supervisory experience in a developmental disability setting or similar program.
• 1+ year of leadership experience and ability to mentor staff and volunteers.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
• Valid driver’s license with proof of insurance and ability to drive agency vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, person-centered support to individuals in a residential setting.
• Lead, mentor, and train DSPs, Leads, and volunteers.
• Assist with scheduling, staff orientation, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure all DSP duties are completed accurately and on time.
• Delegate tasks and maintain smooth operations during shifts.
• Support residents with daily living skills, routines, and personal goals.
• Maintain documentation and uphold agency policies.
• Promote a safe, home-like environment.
