P.I.L.O.T. Services is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a full-time residential shift in Berlin, NJ. You will provide hands-on support to adults with intellectual disabilities, helping them live active, meaningful lives and promoting independence in daily living skills.

Responsibilities include daily supervision, transportation to activities, and documenting care in our EHR system. We offer competitive pay, benefits, PTO, and ongoing training in a supportive team environment.
