Job summary

Delta-T Group seeks a Residential Aide/Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Mercer County, NJ. This contracted role pays $20+ per hour and supports adults in mental health services with daily living and community activities.

You'll work Sunday 7am-3pm and Wednesday/Friday 3pm-11pm, with background checks required. Delta-T Group offers weekly pay and flexible scheduling across client opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ability to pass background checks satisfactorily.
• CPR/FA, TB/Physical training as part of required certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement programs in communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care.
• Accompany participants to community activities.
• Maintain clean, healthy living environments.
