Delta-T Group North Jersey, Inc. is seeking Residential Aides for the Mental Health Adult Population in Morris County, NJ. Location: Boonton/Morris County, Monday–Friday 8am–4pm. Compensation starts at $18+ per hour.

Responsibilities include supporting individuals to improve quality of life, implementing programs for communication, socialization, and behavior management, and assisting with daily living activities. Join a network offering weekly pay and flexible opportunities.

Qualifications

• Background checks required.
• CPR/First Aid training expected.
• TB test and medical physical may be required.
• Medication training completed or provided.

CLIENT'S AVAILABLE HOURS

Monday- Friday 8am-4pm in Morris County, NJ

Compensation: $18+/ hour

SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement specialized programs in areas of communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with and teach independent living skills.
• Assist with activities of daily living and personal self-care such as toileting, eating, grooming, bathing and dressing.
• Accompany participants to various community activities.
• Maintain cleanliness of homes and ensures a healthy living environment for participants.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks
• Preventing Abuse and Neglect, Medication Training, CPR / FA, TB/Physical
