Job summary

Delta-T Group is seeking Residential Aides (DSP) in Blackwood, NJ 08012. The role pays $20/hr under a contract arrangement, with evening and weekend shifts available to support adults in Camden County.

Responsibilities include assisting with daily living, implementing programs across communication and behavior management, and promoting quality of life for clients. A HS diploma is required, plus background checks and DMV clarity.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a High School Diploma or its equivalent.
• Ability to complete and satisfactorily pass given background checks.
• 18+ and must have a valid driver's license.
• DMV record with no more than 5 points and no suspensions.
• One-day orientation from 9:00 AM-3:30 PM.
• Two supervisor references.

Responsibilities

• Provide support that will enhance individuals' quality of life.
• Implement programs in communication, socialization and behavior management.
• Assist with independent living skills and activities of daily living.
• Accompany participants to community activities and maintain a healthy living environment.
