Job summary

Faybiz is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with IDD in a residential home setting. You will assist with daily living, health and safety, and community integration, while documenting progress and following individual plans.

We offer paid training, health benefits, and PTO. Full-time and part-time roles with 12-hour weekend shifts are available, with opportunities for overtime.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of experience supporting individuals with IDD or a related field.
• Valid North Carolina Driver’s License and clean driving record; ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance (bathing, dressing, grooming, meals).
• Support residents in achieving goals and independent living skills.
• Assist with medication administration per policy and training.
• Transport residents to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain a clean, safe living environment and complete required logs.
