Qualifications
Must be 18 years or older.
Ability to pass and maintain Medication Certification & CPR/First Aid.
Valid U.S. Driver’s License and insurable under company policy.
Responsibilities
Provide intensive individual support and personal care services.
Teach daily living and behavior management skills.
Engage clients in structured activities.
Complete documentation including daily logs and progress notes.
Administer medications and ensure health standards compliance.
