Job summary

Effraim Home Care Agency LLC is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide high-quality residential support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting. A valid driver’s license is REQUIRED, and the role is based in Philadelphia, PA.

This part-time position offers $17 per hour with weekly direct deposit pay. Shifts include evenings and weekends across Sperry St and nearby locations, delivering personal care, transportation to appointments, meals, and daily

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License is REQUIRED.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional.
• Ability to pass all required background clearances.
• Previous DSP or caregiving experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with personal care and daily living activities.
• Promote independence and community participation.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive home environment.
• Prepare meals and assist with household tasks.
• Complete daily documentation accurately and timely.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community outings as needed.
