Job summary

Effraim Home Care in Philadelphia is looking for compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to assist individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities include supporting daily living activities and implementing individualized support plans.

Qualifications

• Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP) experience is required.
• Experience working in a residential setting is strongly preferred.
• Ability to pass all required background checks and pre-employment screenings.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with disabilities.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support community integration and participation.
