Job summary

The Arc Of Carroll County in Westminster, MD is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) for a 30-hour/week Community Living role. You will work in a residential home supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities with daily living tasks, personal care, medication administration, and transportation as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 points on record.
• CPR, First Aid, Certified Medication Technician, and other required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Support residents with life skills and household tasks (meal planning/prep, laundry, light chores).
• Assist with personal care, administer medications, and provide transportation as needed.
• Work as part of a team in a small residential home setting.
