Qualifications

• 3–5 years drywall-related management experience preferred.
• Ability to read prints and understand drywall scope of work.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and scheduling.
• Experience managing crews and coordinating field work.
• Strong time management and safety focus.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise drywall repair technicians and coordinate schedules for each house.
• Oversee repair, service or warranty work performed by techs.
• Ensure materials are available and meet project deadlines.
• Monitor deadlines and assign work to align with builder timelines.
