Job summary

Associated Drywall Partners, a leading drywall contractor serving Central Indiana, seeks a Field Operations Manager. This role oversees daily field operations across commercial and multifamily projects, ensuring safety, quality, and performance while supporting Superintendent development.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of commercial construction experience, strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and mobile tech. Travel to project sites and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Commercial Construction experience, preferably in field supervision or operations.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with field leadership.
• Strong understanding of scheduling, manpower management, quality control, and jobsite operations.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and provide objective assessments of field performance.
• Proficiency with construction management software and mobile technology.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to and between project sites.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, productivity, manpower, quality, and overall field operations.
• Support Superintendents, Senior Superintendents, and Assistant Superintendents in meeting company standards and expectations.
• Monitor compliance with daily reporting, quality inspections, documentation, and operational procedures.
• Identify field-level challenges and communicate concerns, recommendations, and corrective actions to the Operations Manager.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to field leadership to improve performance and accountability.
• Assist with manpower coordination, subcontractor oversight, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and field personnel to address scheduling, quality, and operational concerns.
• Reinforce company standards and identify potential jobsite risks related to safety, schedule, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor project closeout progress, outstanding deficiencies, and punch-list completion.
• Provide regular field operations updates highlighting performance, concerns, and areas requiring management attention.
• Support implementation and consistent use of company systems, including Procore and Replicon.
