Under the Foreman’s direction, you will perform repairs, service and warranty work across multiple jobs daily, delivering high-quality results that meet client expectations and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ proven drywall experience (hanging/patching/finishing, including texture matching).
• Own hand tools and knives.
• Must have a smartphone with data plan and valid driver’s license.
• Exceptional customer service skills and safety-minded approach.

Responsibilities

• Follow Foreman guidance to ensure high-quality results meeting client expectations.

Job Summary

Associated Drywall Partners, voted Walls & Ceilings Top 50 Contractors, is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Residential Drywall Repair Technician to join our Indianapolis team. Under the direction of the Foreman, the Drywall Repair Technician will be responsible for the repairs, service and warranty work for multiple jobs daily, ensuring high-quality results that meet client expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about construction, craftsmanship, and delivering exceptional service.

Essential Requirements

• Ability to texture and refinish drywall
• Ability and willingness to work on new walls and ceilings, and repair existing walls.
• Ability to determine and clearly identify proper materials and material quantities for new and existing projects.
• Fit and fasten wallboard or sheetrock into specified position
• Dedication to Safety
• Valid Driver's License

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years’ proven experience in hanging, installing, patching, repairing, and finishing drywall including texture matching.
• Your own hand tools and knives.
• Must own a smartphone with a data plan.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
