Heritage Home Service in Auburn, NH is seeking a Residential Drain Technician to join our team. You will perform residential drain cleaning, sewer line diagnostics, and troubleshooting to restore proper flow.

You'll provide preventative maintenance, communicate findings clearly to homeowners, prepare accurate estimates, and document work in Service Titan while upholding safety and local codes.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience in drain cleaning or sewer maintenance.
• Proficiency with cable machines, jetters, sewer cameras, locators.
• Experience with Service Titan or similar field-service software.
• Strong ability to communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Attention to safety and code standards.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Drain cleaning and clearing using cable machines, jetters, and other tools.
• Sewer line diagnostics with camera inspections.
• Troubleshooting and diagnosing drain/sewer issues and recommending solutions.
• Preventative maintenance including descaling and root treatment.
• Explain findings and repair options to homeowners.
• Prepare accurate service estimates and educate on long-term solutions.
• Document work in Service Titan and manage customer interactions.
• Maintain equipment and follow safety protocols.
