Job summary

Sekisui House U.S., Inc. is seeking an experienced Architectural Drafter to develop and maintain drawings for residential communities.

You will produce detailed plans and elevations using established drafting standards and collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate design intent. This role requires an Associate's degree in drafting or related field and at least two years of drafting or architectural documentation experience.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in drafting, architecture, design, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant drafting or architectural documentation experience.
• Experience preparing architectural drawings and technical documentation.
• Experience working within a team-based design or production environment.

Responsibilities
