Job summary

Priority Dispatch Corp. is seeking a dynamic supervisor for residential services in Prince George’s County, MD. The role oversees 4 house managers and 3 leads across 12 worksites supporting 24 individuals in residential programs.

The candidate should have 5+ years in developmental disabilities, 2+ years in group homes, and a degree in a related field or substantial management experience. Proficient in ICARE, Excel, Word, and budgeting is required.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in the field of Developmental Disabilities.
• At least 2 years’ experience in working in a group home setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Management, Psychology, or Sociobiology (or 10+ years in management).
• Computer literate; skilled in ICARE and Microsoft Excel/Word; able to use email systems.
• Knowledge of the Community Pathways Waiver; budgeting experience.
• Understanding of DDA’s individual funding matrix; skilled at data collection and analysis.
• Has a CMT or has been a CMT in the last 2 years.

They will be responsible for the over-site of 12 worksites supporting 24 individuals receiving residential services.Requirements:At least 5 years in the field of Developmental Disabilities.At least 2 years’ experience in working in a group home setting.Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Management, Psychology, or Sociobiology (but willing to consider someone who does not have a degree but has 10 or more years in a management position).Experience:Computer literate.
