Job summary

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• Experience with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or autism preferred.
• Driver’s license with five years clean driving history.

Responsibilities

• Follow all health and safety protocols outlined in each individual’s ISP.
• Communicate clearly and thoroughly with team members, family, medical professionals, supports coordinators, and staff.
• Supervise and plan activities, document shift details, and ensure safety.
