Devereux Pocono Center in Pennsylvania is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide safe, compassionate care for adults with developmental disabilities. You will assist with hygiene, daily routines, and community outings, while supporting residents’ physical and emotional needs.

This role offers competitive pay ($18.00–$20.52/hour), shift differentials, CNA and NADSP certifications bonuses, and flexible shifts across multiple locations including Tobyhanna, Stroudsburg, Scranton and more.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, education, or related field is required.
• One year of human service experience with children, adolescents, or adults preferred.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist with hygiene and support daily routines and community outings.
• Attend training sessions and complete special assignments as directed by the coordinator.
