Job summary

The Arc Jefferson – St. Lawrence is seeking a dedicated professional to coordinate the people we support in a residential program, focusing on independence, integration, and person-centered planning. You will help individuals achieve growth and document progress within the agency’s PRIDE framework.

Must have a high school diploma and related experience; a valid NYS driver’s license is required. Travel across Jefferson and St.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalency preferred.
• Experience working with persons with a developmental disability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordination of the residential program to promote independence and person-centered outcomes.
• Incorporate person-centered approaches into training.
• Provide services to promote growth toward independence and documented progress.
• Support the agency’s values by maintaining PRIDE in daily operations and reporting.
• Travel to Jefferson and St. Lawrence counties as needed to engage with communities and trainings.
