Job summary

Gateway BHS in Brunswick, GA is seeking a full-time Direct Care Worker to support individuals in a 24-hour Pine Haven Group Home.

You will assist with activities of daily living, observe and document progress, implement Individual Service Plans, provide transportation and meal support, and help maintain a safe, dignified living environment.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, a valid Georgia driver’s license, and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of direct care or related social services experience; CNA or Associate degree; or 2 years of equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct care and support in a residential setting.
• Assists with personal care, nutrition, and daily living activities.
