Job summary

McLennan Contracting, Inc. is seeking a Project Designer to guide clients through remodeling ideas, selections, and execution. You will collaborate with sales, clients, and trade partners to translate concepts into clear design work and budgets.

The role emphasizes client communication, project documentation, and hands-on development of drawings/renderings with production alignment. A design degree and industry familiarity are preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Interior Design or NKBA/NCIDQ certification.
• Minimum 3 years in sales, interior design, or related field.
• Understanding of local building codes for residential remodeling.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations with prospective clients.
• Maintain CRM/project management data and meet sales targets.
• Create drawings/renderings and collaborate with architects/engineers.
• Support handoff to Production and assist with change orders.
