Qualifications

• Bachelor or BA/BS in Architecture is required.
• 1-3 years' experience as a design professional.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Strong building technology fundamentals.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to collaborate in a team.
• Demonstrated cultural awareness and sensitivity.

Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate design documents across project phases from concept to construction documents.
• Develop conceptual designs, schematics, and design development artifacts.
• Prepare architectural plans and renderings.
• Review concepts from all disciplines for coordination.
• Conduct code research and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineers, consultants, contractors, and clients.
• Carry out assignments requiring development of new techniques and procedures.
• Assist with specifications as assigned.
