Job summary

Renewal by Andersen Metro & Midwest is seeking motivated sales professionals for a full-time residential design consultant role across the New Jersey/New York Metro area. You will visit homeowners, present replacement options, and pursue a same-day close.

This commission-based position includes paid training and ongoing coaching. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license, be comfortable with daily travel, and be able to lift 40–60 lbs of sample materials.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Willingness to travel up to 2 hours for appointments daily.
• Ability to lift and carry 40–60 lbs of sample materials.
• Proficient with iPad apps and sales software.
• 2+ years of sales success in luxury goods, premium services, or high-value transactions.
• Willingness to learn a structured, proven sales process.

Responsibilities

• Lead home visits to present window and door replacement options.
• Conduct compelling sales presentations and answer homeowner questions.
• Aim for a same-day decision on projects with no follow-up required.
• Join pre-scheduled home appointments and follow the sales process.
