Reform is looking for a Business Development Consultant to lead market presence, focus on generating business opportunities, and build partnerships. Ideal candidates should have a strong network in residential design, architecture, or real estate. Responsibilities include identifying new opportunities, representing Reform at events, and maintaining relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Experience in kitchen design, cabinetry, interiors, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the residential and design market.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term professional relationships.
• Generate qualified leads and coordinate warm handoffs to internal sales and design teams.
