Uyeta Landscape & Maintenance in Renton, WA seeks a skilled Division Manager to lead residential design/build efforts. You will develop client relationships, supervise management and staff, and align operations with financial targets.

A strong background in landscape services, budgeting, and team leadership is essential for driving growth and quality service. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, 7+ years in the field with 5+ in management, and the ability to

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Landscape Architecture or Horticulture, or equivalent work experience.
Seven+ years in Residential Design/Build industry with five+ in management.
Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus.
Intermediate to advanced math and ability to calculate figures such as discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, area and volume.

Responsibilities

Develop existing and potential relationships.
Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction after service.
Hire, train, and develop personnel.
Demonstrate leadership, professionalism and integrity at all times.
Review and monitor equipment maintenance programs and recommend capital investments.
Take timely action on sales leads to meet or exceed goals.
Coordinate interface between sales, operations and customers for onboarding and retention of new business.
Assist with drafting annual budgets and monthly financial projections.
Meet financial and sales goals.
Conduct supervisory performance evaluations.
