Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate group and individual therapy sessions.
• Discuss treatment goals with clients, including immediate and long-term objectives.
• Complete required documentation for compliance and client records in a timely fashion.
• Develop and implement the Clinical Assessment and initial treatment plan during admission.
• Create Master Treatment Plans and conduct periodic reviews to track progress.
• Use outcome surveys to adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide comprehensive client documentation through notes and discharge summaries.
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and team meetings.
