Job summary

NL Whole Health Treatment Center in Mansfield, LA is seeking a part-time Licensed Counselor for the Evening Shift. The role involves providing in-person group and individual counseling at the DeSoto Office, conducting assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.

Strong clinical skills, teamwork, and English proficiency are essential. Required LPC/LCSW in Louisiana, BLS and CPI, 2 years of group therapy, and preferred 3+ years outpatient experience, plus MS Office

Qualifications

• A degree and valid Louisiana state LPC, or LCSW license to practice
• BLS and CPI certification. (if not CPI certified upon employment, must acquire within 90 days of employment and maintain throughout employment)
• At least 2 years of group therapy experience.
• Three years of experience in Outpatient Counseling preferred
• Basic knowledge of computer skills - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English
• Strong communication, patient/customer care, and leadership abilities
• The ability to organize and time-manage, and be a Team-Player

Responsibilities

• Provide in person services at NL Whole Health Treatment Center/DeSoto Office.
• Responsible for the provision of group and individual counseling.
• Perform assessments, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.
• Self-motivated individual who can work in an active environment.
• Flexibility, ability to collaborate on a motivated team, excellent work ethic, and strong clinical skills are necessary.
