Qualifications

• 3+ years in human services experience required, preferably in mental health settings.
• Proficient in computer literacy.
• Familiarity with NYS OMH, DOHMH, and HUD systems and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate individualized service plans to meet resident needs.
• Provide guidance in psycho-education and medication management.
• Ensure compliance with program standards.
• Assist with resident intake and maintain accurate progress notes.
• Partner with providers to manage crises.
