Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field is required.
• Two years of supervised work experience in a related program.
• Experience serving populations with mental health needs or co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities

• Establish a close working relationship with residents in the program.
• Perform counseling and facilitate house meetings and groups; assist in crisis situations.
• Supervise daily activities and living skills; monitor mealtime, activities, and chores.
• Complete intake, assessment, and evaluation paperwork with clients.
• Monitor and track medications; conduct client urine tests.
• Transport clients to appointments as necessary.
• Communicate with case managers and other service providers about client status.
• Maintain facility cleanliness and complete household duties as required.
• Maintain clinical charts and required paperwork in a timely manner.
