Qualifications

• Some college preferred.
• 1+ year of related or lived experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean DMV required.
• Electronic Health Record (EHR) competency and computer literacy.
• Flu shot vaccination required at hire.

Responsibilities

• Insure adequate security for program residents and property.
• Deal with client behavioral and/or medical issues and facility emergencies while on duty.
• Medication passing and inventory.
• May provide therapeutic crisis management.
• May provide therapeutic intervention services based on best practices for mental health or substance use disorders and/or co-occurring disorders.
• Support administrative functions, evaluation, assessment, counseling, and implementation of treatment plans.
