Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours, including job interviews, medical appointments, recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills as outlined in their Individual Service Plan.
• Model positive behavior to help clients achieve the highest quality of life while maintaining safety.
• Administer medications and complete documentation such as progress notes and weekly summaries.

This is a full-time, 40-hours/week, non‑exempt position that will be working in our Orange, MA location.

This position is eligible for benefits and has a starting rate of $18/hr.

Schedule: Sunday 8:00am-4:00pm, 4:00pm-12:00am (Double); Monday 8:00am-4:00pm; Tuesday 8:00am-4:00pm; Wednesday 8:00am-4:00pm (Hours are flexible).

Duties & Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips
• Support and teach clients new skills including, but not limited to, specific goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan
• Acting as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining their safety in all settings
• Administering medications and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance
