Job summary

Community Resources For Justice (CRJ) in Westborough, MA is seeking Residential Counselors for a full-time, 32-hour work week. The role offers a starting rate of $18/hr and eligibility for benefits.

You will supervise and transport clients, support skill development per the Individual Service Plan, and model positive behavior to promote wellbeing and safety. Medication administration and timely documentation are also part of the duties.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Must pass required certifications and background checks.
• Desire to make a genuine difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and transport clients during assigned hours; this may include job interviews, medical appointments, weekly recreation, religious services, and shopping trips.
• Support and teach clients new skills including goals in the clients’ Individual Service Plan.
• Act as a positive role model for the client to support attaining the highest quality of life while maintaining safety.
• Administering medications and completing appropriate documentation in a timely manner, such as progress notes, weekly summaries, and attendance.
